AUN's Principles

"The right thing to do is never the wrong thing to do"

According to the SBA, 20% of all startups fail within the first year and only 33% survive after ten years. Buoyantly charting our course along these twelve principles will be our general guidelines for staying afloat.

The Lighthouse & The Compass Rose

Ownership is The Secret Sauce

Ownership is the secret sauce is more than just a lofty idea or a notion that member-owned and cooperatives (Co-ops) help drive the business' bottom line and give its members a voice in how the business is run. Ayre U Nutz Productions (AUN) believes that its future success depends on organizational structures which benefits its members, financial shareholders and end consumers.

Moral Money Matters

Moral money matters is important, because outside financial investors are a key ingredient in AUN's short and long-term growth strategy. Accepting financial support from individuals or organizations with their own political, social or financial agenda on the table is a red line for AUN.

Strive to do The Right Thing

Strive to do the right thing is based on AUN's belief that - the right thing to do is never the wrong thing to do! Unintentional consequences resulting through production activities or storytelling must be met with a reasonable and a sincere response from those directly involved in the affliction.

Let Go of Bad Ideas

Let go of bad ideas means that AUN will never pursue ideas that are outrightly dangerous, hurtful, mean, spiteful or otherwise intended to cause direct harm to any individual or organization.

Safety Over Insanity

Safety over insanity is the number one principle for everyone involved with AUN. At no time will any member be permitted to take an unnecessary risks which may compromise their own, or others, safety and well being.

Corporate Must Get Dirty

Corporate must get dirty is our favorite principle, because we believe that it shows appreciation, community and respect to all those on the frontline of the action.

Tomorrow is Another Day

Tomorrow is another day is a principle intended to remind us, that those we're trying to get home to are even more important than anything we're trying to accomplish that day.

Unwrite The Rules

Unwrite the rules is first and foremost a shared attitude and belief, that what we are doing at AUN has no handbook, no previous path to follow and no desire to meet the expectations of those in the established film, media and music entertainment industry.

Be Ready to Improvise

Be ready to improvise underscores the importance of being fully engaged in the moment and confident enough to deliver an extemporaneously performance due to changing circumstances.

The Audience is The Customer

The audience is our customer is AUN's constant and equilibrium position for which all ideas oscillate and pivot during the creative process, before realigning and centering upon.

Social Centric Focused

Social centric focused is AUN's kiosk to building, cultivating and promoting its brand. Creating a field of dreams certainly has its costs, but being able to tell the crowd that the game is about to be played - is priceless.

Stay Positive or Stay Home

Stay Positive or stay home is warning to any doubter, haters or headstrong egocentrics, that we don't want you - we don't need you and most importantly we won't tolerate you.
